New HUD Element: Minimap!

Made a new hud element tonight: A minimap! Hopefully this helps people get around a bit, some people complained about getting lost and I'm not terribly sure what to do about it other than this.

 Man the decimal-to-binary math always breaks my brain a bit. Doesn't help I also forgot I couldn't just put "2^x" and had to instead use "power(2,x)". The map data is incomplete, and just covers the remade rooms, but as I remake the rooms I'll also add their map data. Fun fact I learned tonight: As I currently have things planned out, the map is perfectly 12 screens by 12 screens.
