Windows Bugfix 2/Web Bugfix 3

Small update to both versions to fix:

-A problem with the door to the left in the starting room shunting you into the ground

-Layering issues with both beetles in the first room, though this was only noticeable I think with the beetle on the ground level.

-Increased the height at which the player will "step up" onto terrain, to allow the ramp configuration in the second room to work.
